I tried Avon’s toner!

 

So ceritanya, tiba-tiba kulit I break out agak teruk beberapa bulan lepas.

Mungkin sebab I pun dah cecah 30 tahun (hm, sejak 2 tahun lepas dah cecah pun lol) so perubahan hormon, or sebab stress kerja, or among my main suspects- Korean beauty products that my sister gave me to try (gasp!). Mungkin memang tak kena dengan kulit I but hm, that’s for another post.

I had fairly good skin, alhamdulillah tak ada masalah jerawat yang teruk, cuma kulit I lebih ke kulit kering dan sensitif. I ada eczema.

Bila breakouts tu bermula, and it kept coming, I started having 2 or 3 scars, and me in my 30s freaked out.

Kulit dah tak boleh reverse sangat selaju dulu babe…

So, I came up with a plan:

1. Ditch all the products I suspected were contributing to the problem.
2. Start a new beauty regime.
3. Sustain the new regime. Sebab kan istiqomah tu penting hehe. Habit makes or breaks babe.

Sebab perlu ‘sustain’ the regime, aku kena cari produk yang berkualiti DAN ber-harga mampu milik. Ya lah…I makan gaji jerrrr.

Also because Shoppe- I mean did you see how cheap things are in Shoppe? Woohooo my broke ass screams in joy!

I beli toner ni sebab I ada experience yang bagus dengan whitening products dari Avon. Sorry, I tak endorse whitewashing babe, cuma I beli whitening creams dia untuk bantu jugak pudarkan parut jerawat I yg tiba2 menimpa tu.

OK, jom tengok ingredients dia dulu:

Water, Propylene Glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Citrate, Disodium EDTA, Thiodipropionic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Parfum, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Glycerin, Glutathione, Butylene Glycol, Helianthus Annuus Seed Extract, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Leontopodium Alpinum Extract, Oenothera Biennis Seed Extract, Salvia Hispanica Seed Extract, Yeast Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Vitis Vinifera Seed Extract

Ada parfum, so kalau kulit korang sangat sensitif mohon jangan pakai tau.

Other than that, it has some good ingredients, Panthenol (to hold moisture), yeast extract (for calming and soothing purposes) and sunflower seed (helianthus annuus is sunflower seed). Hm. Some good stuff in there.

So, I pakai and my skin loves it.

Ok, highlights toner ni pada kulit I:

• Mildly hydrating. Sedap pakai sebelum serum, and on its own is also not so bad. Kadang2 I pakai toner ni macam face mist.
• Bau dia lembut.
• Padan dengan kulit I!

I suka, I bawak dlm botol spray kecil dlm handbag.

Harga pun mampu milik, botol 150 ml ni I beli dekat Shoppe tak sampai RM15! Ok la, boleh beli lagi lepas habis.

So will I recommend?

YES! It works well with my dry skin.
